ae group’s specialties include a broad range of alloys, which in particular facilitates the production of high-ductility and weldable diecast components with both cold-setting and heat-treated alloys. In addition, ae can also implement a wide range of metal cutting manufacturing processes as well as other processing and testing processes in its own production facilities.

At ae group, roughly 1,100 employees use all their experience to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the entire value chain, including development. Our primary goal is to implement customer-specific requirements at the best possible overall costs. In 2011, the group’s turnover totalled € 125 million.

The holding’s headquarters and central development and production location is Gerstungen (Thuringia). Other plants are located in Nentershausen (Hesse), Lübeck (Schleswig-Holstein), Selmsdorf (Mecklenburg Western Pomerania) and Strzelce Krajenskie (Poland). All locations are equipped with modern manufacturing machinery for optimised manufacturing technologies.
