New member of the Executive Board at ae group ag

On July 3, 2024, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Philipp Bächle as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) of ae group ag. Together with CEO Christian Kleinjung, Mr. Bächle will manage the company's business with immediate effect.

Mr. Bächle has been working as a consultant and restructuring expert for the ae group since February 2024. As Operations Manager, he has gained extensive experience in the consulting, automotive and food service sectors since 2010. This includes both strategic know-how with top management exposure as well as operational knowledge. "His extensive expertise and his efforts to achieve sustainable changes are an absolute added value for the ae group and form an important cornerstone in the current restructuring phase," explains CEO Christian Kleinjung.
