Christian Kleinjung is the new Chairman of the Management Board of ae group ag

Effective October 1, 2023, the Supervisory Board of the ae group ag appoints Christian Kleinjung as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Kleinjung has been the company's CFO since June. As an experienced finance manager, he has since been primarily responsible for the transformation of the company. Koen Beckers left the Group as a member of the Management Board and Managing Director on September 30, 2023, to pursue new challenges.

"The reorganization of the Management Board is important to meet the challenges the ae group is currently facing," said the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. "“We would like to thank Mr. Beckers for the trusting cooperation over the past three very challenging years and wish him all the best for his future."

Over the past three years, Mr. Beckers has played a key role in leading the company's transformation toward the mobility of the future.
